Any time I put on polka dots, I immediately feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.  Come on, you know what scene and which dress I’m talking about!  No wonder I felt the need to grab my favorite straw hat to shoot this adorable dress, haha!
I love short, flowy dresses for spring and summer.  I think that they’re so feminine and so fun.  This season, I’m really digging all the cut out designs I’m seeing.  An appropriate placed cut-out allows for a tiny bit of sexiness to show through without being over the top.
