I’m wearing ruffles again…  SURPRISE!  :)This hi-lo ruffled top from Chicwish is just darling, not to mention it’s so incredibly soft and comfy.  It’s a great piece going into summer with it’s lightweight material.  I also appreciate the dainty ruffled detail on the sleeves.  Check the list I made below of other tops that I love from Chicwish.
