Gorgeous Grams Round-Up | June Week 4

This round-up is a fun one because I started the week out inΒ Alabama and ended it with family inΒ Tennessee. Β I’m definitely getting acclimated to this hot and humid weather down here, but I’m not sure if my hair or skin ever will. Β My hair is a frizzy mess most days and my face resembles an oil slick, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything because I love living the South. Β Being down here makes me miss our days in New Orleans. I love the South because the people are so wonderful and life is just more simple. Β Matt is going to have to drag me kicking and screaming back to LA!Β 
The older I get, the more Southern my taste and personal style gets. Β I love all things Southern… Β The food, the decor, the people, basically everything haha!Β 
That’s enough rambling about how much IΒ love my summer down South so far, let’s talk fashion!

This look is what I wore on our first date night out in Alabama. Β These white jeans have sure gotten their use this summer. Β I probably wear them at least twice every week. Β The fit is just so good and they’re so incredibly soft.Β

Matt & I took a little road trip to the nearest beach, Orange Beach, and it was so gorgeous. Β It was exactly the way I remember Florida beaches as a little girl. Β I wore this adorable ruffled romper to the beach over my swimsuit and it was the perfect outfit. Β This romper is super lightweight (but not see-through!) so it’s amazing for those hot beach days.

It’s not a trip down South unless you indulge in some Cracker Barrel goodness! Β I’m not sure why, but the Cracker Barrel’s down South are so much better than up in Ohio… Β Like totally different tasting in the best way possible! Β I love that you get to lounge in rocking chairs on the front porch while waiting for your table to get ready!

    I ordered the blue ruffled shirt from Nordstrom and I love it! Also I ordered the cover up with the cute pink pom poms! I told my husband using this Like to Know it option is really not helping my shopping problem πŸ™‚
