Preheat oven.
Bake white cake according to directions on box with all needed ingredients.
After fully baked, allow cake to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice cake in half longwise.
Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar to create a cream cheese frosting. Adjust amounts of milk or powdered sugar to reach desired consistency.
Spread half of the cream cheese frosting on bottom half of cake.
Slice all strawberries and layer half on top of cream cheese frosting.
Top strawberries with other half of cake, then repeat layers of the second half of cream cheese frosting and second half of sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
